Great and simple exercises that helps you to get strong and truly fit!
Its just awesome, it is all what I need, Im surely if need some app to help you to rock ur body yeah is this one . Nike Im really a fan of you
Nike in general is next level when talking about fitness and running apps. The quantity AND quality of the workouts are both just perfect, and you can limit and set criterium such as time- or rep-based, level, intensity, etc. , BUT: Im waiting for a feature with which it is possible to create your own workout, out of a library of exercises. And more Tips would be helpful, most of all about nutrition.
Im a Nike+ user since 3 years. Always loyal to Nike apps. I really like them. But even though I recommend the developers to work a little harder on the interface between the app and the music which sometimes is not so friendly.
10/10! Great app, great workouts, great motivation. Will buy Nike gear from now on!
It gives you a personalized training programm, i think it can not be better if you do not pay a cent.

Some bad moments

Does not sync the workouts between 2 iPhones with same account... Does not notify training or progress. iOS notifications are mandatory for a 2016 app. Lots of work to match the level of competitors.
Last versions had organization of workouts and better flexibility to choose workouts. It was a great app, I shouldnt have updated it.
I hate this new Nike app. It doesnt let me work out! The library has been updating for 10 minutes now. Wth!!! Its a serious turn off. Im so disappointed. I cant ever get any work out done. Its seriously frustrating! Even if I download stuff I cant access it because the damn library is updating! Please do something about it!!!!!
I was an avid user of this app before the upgrade :(. I dont find the new workouts as challenging, and it feels like I have to do a lot of digging to find a workout that suits what Im looking for. I miss the targeted workouts for strength/cardio (get lean) etc., and the workouts that were specific to muscle groups. There are a few nice updates, like video playing without having to pause the workout to see a video, and giving the user control over moving on to the next exercise as opposed to a one-sized fits all timer - but all in all I find myself using this app less and less. I hope they reincorporate the old workouts...
This new version got rid of all of the workouts that I loved, and the new workouts all use the same moves!! So much less variety to choose from... Not to mention that the app freezes every time I open it! Very disappointing.
Ended using Strava to track my runs simply because I cant figure how to start with Nikes app.
