I miss the old workouts
I was an avid user of this app before the upgrade :(. I dont find the new workouts as challenging, and it feels like I have to do a lot of digging to find a workout that suits what Im looking for. I miss the targeted workouts for strength/cardio (get lean) etc., and the workouts that were specific to muscle groups.
There are a few nice updates, like video playing without having to pause the workout to see a video, and giving the user control over moving on to the next exercise as opposed to a one-sized fits all timer - but all in all I find myself using this app less and less. I hope they reincorporate the old workouts...
