Love it
I love this app!! I do wish it was more intense. I wish you could personalize it more, like two workouts a day, or in run days the schedule adds a workout too. I know you can do it yourself but it would be great if there was at least one super hard 6 week training program. There is a small issue with how long it takes to add a run.
