I have had this app since it first came out, and Im proud to say it helped me lose 15 lbs 3 years ago. The old version, that timed workouts that coached you, and allowed for weight loss training as an option, really helped me!!
This new version has deleted all of those workouts. New workouts require you to tap when you have finished reps. Honestly, who wants to hold onto their phone throughout a workout? Its inconvenient, exhausting, and doesnt allow for as much focus on the moves, because youre worried about reaching you phone.
Nike, you guys are innovators, but this is the worst update I have seen on any app. Please bring back the old workouts, HIIT workouts, and timed moves rather than this. Im so incredibly disappointed.
