I love this app! I started using it in college and lost 15lbs instead of gaining the freshmen 15. Ive been using it for years now. I get bored with workouts easily but not with this app! You can mix and match your work outs you can do workouts by pros or create your own 4 week boot camp. Its like having a personal trainer. They talk to you over your music telling you things like keep your back straight or remember to breathe .. Which sounds simple, but it helps! Youll love it. Download it!
