I love using this app. I hate going to the gym because I dont know how to do anything, but these are simple moves that I do in the comfort of my living room. The voice overlay is great for listening to Pandora, and the tutorials are pretty easy to follow. However, I dont think Nike understands what "beginner" means. 3 miles for my first run?? Also would love to be able to customize the schedule. Some days just dont work for me, and Id like to get credit for making them up. Keep at it, Nike!
I love this app...and the Serena Williams core workout is back!!!
Every time I open the app, it mutes the music I currently have playing. In addition, when I start a workout, it wont actually start. I have to kill the app and then open it again in order for it to work
I love this app. When I cant make it to a live NTC this definitely still keeps me motivated.

GREAT app for working out! If youre looking to get (back) in shape, this is the app for you! The "trainers" explain everything to you clearly and the videos that are included are super helpful. Love the fact that you can create your own workout plans or use the ones they provide. I also love that you can go at your own pace. You dont have to feel intimidated or nervous. Youre able to use this app anywhere at anytime. Thanks Nike!
Ive been doing NTC on and off for three years. Id heard all sorts of talk about BBG (the sweat app) and tried to version to only see that its so similar to NTC + meal ideas, but with a costly subscription. NTC is way easier and more affective for me. The work outs are better and its free. Like whats there to think about? Its easy, especially when traveling or when you dont go to the gym. This + running a few days a week keeps me perfectly in the shape I want to be in.
I wish you had the choice when you create a program not to incorporate yoga Im not a fan I know its good for me but I wish we can choose that option like running it let you choose that !why not yoga! less space ! Will be good to! An some of the athletes that talk during the works outs they shouldnt !they dont motivate they dont have enough enthusiasm on their voices an some even sound lazy witch makes me loose my work out mood . Just an observation but I still love an use this app almost everyday ! Thanks

Ive used this app for 4 yrs now and love it! I can set it up and do my workout while watching a tv show and the kids are napping. Best part? Great workouts and for free!

I absolutely love this app. Currently in my first 4 week training program and it is kicking my butt! Cant wait to see my results once I finish the program!
I was turned off at first because this app is marketed for women but came to the realization that either you want to get fit or not. Very challenging workouts that leave you tired and sweating; and Ive only done 3 workouts. Love that it syncs perfectly with Nike fuel band.
I use it on the crisis training and rest days. Great diversity of training programs that works out all muscles.
